Hi I was wondering whether anyone could tell me is it better/easier to use a block of foam or sheet foam to construct a puppet. In my head it would be easier to use a block but a lot of people seem to use sheet. Any help would be most appreciated. :sympathy:

Hi mundy,

I guess the question for you is, "What is easier for you? Working with patterns to make 3D shapes, or sculpting?"

They are different techniques altogether. I think you will find it is a very individual answer.

Thanks yeah I think I'll probably feel better sculpting than using shapes and joining them
