foam puppets?

does anyone have any idea how to make a foam puppet's head more durable? (my puppet Smarty needs a new head!) :embarrassed:

Do you have a picture to illustrate your question a bit better?
What exactly do you mean more durable. Is it crumbling from use? Or is it losing it's shape? Let us know.

Hey pdbooch, you puppets are great!

When I have some more time I will be experimenting with a few different shapes myself. So far people puppets, one horse, and some stars and a moon are all I've had a chance to try.

I have several sketches of ones that I'd like to make when there are 40 hours in each day!

Thanks! All the credit goes to Scarecrow. All I did was supply him with the picture I wanted to use.....he did it exactly how I pictured it.
