So I've been cranking out (with great joy & vigor) some new finger puppets....but I hesitate posting them here. I mean, you put them on you put this round piece of felt on your finger, its not exactly labor of intense hours. Anyway, is there an interest in seeing the smaller, lactose intolerant stepchild of the mouth puppet here? While we're at it, how do you really feel about shameless self promotion?

Your descriptions are great. Great sense of humor. The puppets are adorable. I love their simplicity. Love candy is a fave and Victor the dog... is that eco felt normally that 'ratty'? - I LOVE the way it looks.

Thank you!

i was most recently proud of satan's description, but he sold like right away (nothing wrong with that...I just like them to get lots of attention first because I'm a youngest child)

yeah, the eco felt doesn't look that ratty from far away, but its fairly thin & the fibers (like all felt) can come apart more easily than wool felt, it seems. When you get up that close with the lense, it looks fluffy. It depends a lot on the batch on that level, but for the most part its less dense than most wool-felt, which makes it nice for turning small pieces like that.

I subscribe to the Flickr puppet pool and one of my little online puppet joys is seeing all the work you post there.

Aww thank you Andrew, that means a lot!

(Now I suppose I won't call into question whether or not I should be posting them so often...)
