Hello, my brother is trying to find out an old Sesame Street skit. Here is what he told me what happens...

It shows a close up of a bath faucet with water running, then there's a pause, I forget what it shows in the pause, then it shows the bath faucet again except it's not close up, another pause, then it shows a toy boat with the water off with a hand taking the toy out, another pause, it reruns that skit with another toy being taken out of the tub, another pause, it shows a hand turning on a bath faucet. I forget what else happens.

My brother would be appreciated if you could find out what this skit was.

It sounds like you're talking about the film that keeps juxtaposing the toy bathtub boat with footage of a real tugboat out at sea. It's a lot like the one that goes back and forth between some kids in a sandbox playing with toy cranes and earth-diggers, and footage of real construction going on.

I haven't seen it in years, but it does have closeups of the little boy's hand turning the faucet on and off, and pulling the drainplug. At the end, you see his feet drop onto what I always thought looked like a very spiky bathmat. Owch!
