Hello! Before November 10th, 1969, when was the first Sesame Street episode filmed?

Before Episode 1

There was at least one test pilot before November 10, 1969. If you watch the Biography special about Sesame Street (from last year), you can see very early Ernie and Bert--they were the first Sesame Street muppets--the rest was humans and cartoons.
