I just passed by several stores today and noticed which ones seem to be selling out. I was wondering what it looked like in other places.

It seems that Gonzo is the most popular so far. I think the cannon really sells the figure and Gonzo is very high profile these days. I thought for certain it would be fozzie, but he's moving too. One place was out of Harrys, but another was totally stocked so it seems like an all or nothing sort of thing. At Sam Goody all there were was standard Floyds, one standard Fozzie and several Vacation Fozzies. All three places were out of Animal playsets, but there were a few Beakers left at Things From Another World. They also had Kermits and Piggys. Blue Floyds are harder to find, but Red Floyd is pretty easy to locate. He's a great figure though so I don't quite get it. Maybe it's about exposure. So to me it seems:

(Animal Playset)
Gonzo
Fozzie
Harry
Floyd

What!?! Kermit, Piggy, and the Muppet Labs playset isnt on your list? I swear I thought those were the hottest items in the line!

I was talking about series 2. Miss Piggy and Kermit are disqualified because the others were short-packed in the box and there were twice as many of them. The lab...well, from constant delays to them being difficult to display at eye level, the sets have a difficult time. Animal may have been a better choice for a set. The Lab sets now are at a disadvantage because Bunsens are harder to come by. I personally like the set. The only issue I really have is the absence of a clock. I have placed a cardboard wall behind the set and made my own clock on that wall. Heck, get creative people!

I still can't gauge the popularity of the figures since I've only seen them in one store (Series 2) and they sold out instantly. I helped.

I'll have to wait till they hit TRU to really see what you're talking about.

Head north for a few hours, Jamie, and you'll find one or two repaint Floyds (Blue) but regular Floyd (red) is all but impossible to find.

I'd list them as follows:

Regular Floyd
Gonzo
Fozzie
Repaint Floyd
Harry

As for Animal and the playset-- that's even harder to find than regular Floyd. It is flying out of the stores.

The only place I see them is at TRU and they sell out fast. Good to see. Animal didn't have enough time on the shelf to play a line on his drumset. Fozzie is going fast too.

Here in London/Kent UK - i think the most popular is Fozzie but they all sell well. I think Gonzo, Harry and the two playsets move a little slower than the others.
