Hey, this has been bugging me for some time, and I'd like some help.

I couldn't find a pic of this character or any info on Muppet Wiki, so here is how I will describe her...

She was a female Muppet (a female Fat Blue Anything Muppet, for that matter), and she had on a hard-hat and did construction work with Biff and Sully. All she could say was "Yo."

Does anyone remember her?

Stella

I remember her! Her name was Stella, and she was featured in the late '90s episode where Hooper's store was damaged and needed to be rebuilt. She was also in Birdland during Biff's "This song is for the birds" performance. The joke was that whenever Biff would call out her name, it sounded like the classic scene in "A Streetcar Named Desire" where the lead yells out for "Stella!"

Not familiar with Stella, but your description could also fit the female construction worker who starred in a game show skit called, I think, "Here Is Your Lunch". I forget if Guy Smiley was the host or not, but what she had in her lunchbox, I think, was a talking peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and a talking apple. (our old friend that talking apple)

This aired a lot in the mid-late 80s when I was a runt. Anyone remember this? For all I know, this lady's name was also Stella....
