Feedback on an eBay Puppet Maker

I'm looking to buy a puppet, given that I'm in Canada and probably can't get a Whatnot. After looking around, I've only found kids puppets, biblical puppets (which freak me right the heck out), and generally puppets that don't jump out at me. I did, however, find this seller on eBay.

Of course, I'm looking for a cartoony puppet, so these look pretty interesting. Has anyone bought from this seller, or heard anything? Any idea what the finished product looks like (quality wise)?
