I couldn't say- I like them all.
It's always neat to see the Muppet Monsters show up in new Muppet productions. It would be neat to see some that haven't been seen in a long time make return appearances- like some of the obscure ones like Fred the Dragon and Baby Monster on Sesame Street, Thig from The Great Santa Claus Switch, it'd even be neat to see a totally random appearance of the Saturday Night Live Muppets from the Land of Gorch- it'd make for a cool cameo, though I doubt it'd happen any time soon.
Whatever- they're all cool.

It looks to me from watching the DVD that Lunchon Monster got a little bit of a makeover in Letters to Santa. His colurs looked a little different but I could be wrong. When was the last time we saw him Muppets Tonight or latter?

Well i just love Muppet monsters in general and am always happy to see them.

But if i had to choose favorites, the ones that i always get a particular thrill to see onscreen are Beautiful Day Monster, Cookie Monster, Frazzle, Sweetums, and Luncheon Counter Monster. Plus whenever Boppity and/or Gloat pop up somewhere, it always makes a Henson/Muppet production seem especially Muppety!
