I've always like the Ladysmith Black Mambazo version of Sing they did.
From the Sesame Street Jam special? Yes, that is a good one. Though I still do have the home video version which was called A Musical Celebration. I wore it out so much as a youngster!

Here are my favorites:
Family Food with Richard Dawson (RIP)
U Really Got a Hold on Me with Smokey Robinson
Pretty Great Performances - Italian Street Song - Placido Flamingo and the All Animal Orchestra (Conducted by Seiji Ozawa)
Pretty Great Performances - Concerto for Flute and Animals - James Galway and the All Animal Music Chamber Ensemble.
Bus Stop sign by The Four Tops (With a cameo of Big Bird at the end of the song)
