Falling Apart

Today I was going to change my Florida Drivers Licence to Tennesse. I knew i would have to take a vision test, and I was a liitle worried. When they told me to read the third line down, and read all the letters I could not do it at all. I tried three times untill they told me needed a eye doctore to look at my eyes.
Now i have always had eye problems, but today even had my glasses on and could not read the letters. I wanted to keep trying untill i could see the letters but they where backed up, and needed me to be on my way. As me and my wife where driving home I got scared that my eyes may be getting worse, but I think I can see fine if that makes sence. I have an eye doc apponmint on friday, and I really hope my eyes are ok.
All this plus the on going stuff with my leg, and I just sometimes feel that I'm falling apart. I'm not that guy though that gives up and says well this is how it's going to be. I'm a man and I will take whatever the doc's say and say lets fight this thing. I have a wife and four kids, and I'm not going to let them down or make them feel like they have to take care of me.
I just need the suport of my dear friends here at MC.

let's see the light

Hey man. I'm celebrating my 40th birthday on Monday by going to the eye doctor too. It looks like I'll need bifocals- I can see and drive okay, but need stronger glasses for reading. It's a sign of getting older, just like my hair is rapidly turning gray, but nothing to worry about.
Just have a little courage, and know we're behind you.
