Ernie makes Bert a Hershey's milkshake at Hershey, PA

(The scene is the inside of the Hershey chocolate bar near Hersheypark in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Ernie is in there stirring a straw in a glass of milk. Bert enters.)

Bert: Hi, Ernie.
Ernie: Oh, hi Bert.
Bert: What are you doing?
Ernie: Well Bert, I'm taking care of Hershey's Chocolate World and Hersheypark right here in Hershey, Pennsylvania in just a couple of days and I wanna do the best as I can to work here before they're open.
Bert: Wow! That's so nice but how'd you get here?
Ernie: Well, I took the bus all the way from Sesame Street to Hershey, Pennsylvania. You know, I know how far it is from here to there by reviewing my map and so far, Bert, I've made you a nice ice-cold glass of milk.
Bert: Oh, Ernie, that's so nice for you to let me have this glass of milk and I'm gonna buy it.
Ernie: Well, I have to find out how it tastes Bert.
Bert: Oh sure, go ahead!
(Ernie takes a sip of Bert's glass of milk.)
Ernie: Bert...
Bert: What is it, Ernie?
Ernie: You can't drink this glass of milk.
Bert: Why not? I like this glass of milk.
Ernie: Bert, it's too dull to drink ordinary milk in Hershey.
Bert: I like it, Ernie. People usually drink regular milk in this town.
Ernie: No, no, no. What I mean is that I think every food and beverage right here is chocolately.
Bert: Come on, Ernie, people usually eat some different foods here instead of chocolate.
Ernie: Wait, Bert-I think I can make this glass of milk chocolately for you, so I'm gonna pour some Hershey's chocolate syrup in your milk, Bert. Hmm hmm hmm.
Bert: In MY glass of milk, Ernie?!?! Oh, no! (Ernie pours some Hershey's chocolate syrup into Bert's glass of milk.) You made my milk chocolately! You ruined my best drink!
Ernie: This glass of milk can't be ruined, Bert.
Bert: Why not?
Ernie: Well, if this drink has to be more chocolately, I'm gonna put some of Hershey's chocolate bars in there to mix. (puts some of Hershey's chocolate bars into Bert's glass of chocolate milk.)
Bert: Ernie, what are you doing? Oh, no!! Now you're making a mess!
Ernie: This is not a mess Bert!
Bert: It's not?
Ernie: No because now I'm gonna mix the chocolate milk and some chocolate bars into the shaker. (puts the shaker on the counter and starts pouring Bert's chocolate milk and some chocolate bars into it to mix them together.)
Bert: Sure go right ahead. Ruin my regular glass of milk then.
(Ernie starts pouring the mixed chocolate milk and chocolate bars into Bert's glass
Ernie: OK, now the mixture between chocolate milk and chocolate bars is complete into your glass, Bert.
Bert: Yeah, but it needs something else...
Ernie: You're right, Bert! It needs whipped cream so I'm gonna put it on top of your glass!
Bert: Wait! Ernie, no! Not the whipped cream!!
(Ernie squeezes some whipped cream on Bert's glass of mixed chocolate milk and chocolate bars.)
Ernie: OK, now my new recipee is complete for you, Bert!
Bert: Yeah.
Ernie: I know you think this is my mess, but you know what I made, Bert?
Bert: Yeah.
Ernie: I made a Hershey's original chocolate milkshake, Bert! Look at that! It's my latest recipee! I think you oughta try this milkshake! It's good for you! That way you won't be thinking about getting a regular dull glass of milk!
Bert: Ernie,...
Ernie: Yes, Bert?
Bert: (softly) You may like Hershey's chocolate milkshakes, but that does not mean everybody likes Hershey's chocolate in this town. But you know, chocolate could make you fat and it's not healthy for you to eat during meals. So you know what?
Ernie: What?
Bert: (still softly) Come here and I'll tell you.
Ernie: (now staring at Bert) Yeah?
Bert: (screaming) I HATE HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE!
Ernie: Oh, no!
Bert: *sigh* Yes I do, Ernie!
Ernie: Bert, I can't believe that you hate it so much just because it could make me feel fat and it's not healthy for me to eat?
Bert: Yes, that's true!
Ernie: Bert, I can't believe that you're screaming at me about it! But don't worry, I think I have my problem solved.
Bert: Oh, yeah? What is it?
Ernie: Bert, I know you hate Hershey's chocolate, but I can drink this Hershey's chocolate milkshake while you drink this...(gives Bert a regular glass of milk) ordinary dull glass of milk! You don't have to pay for this!
Bert: Why not?
Ernie: It's break time! Come on, Bert! The glass of milk is getting warmer so drink up!
(ending music)
(Ernie drinks his Hershey chocolate milkshake and Bert begins to sigh again.)
