it could be episode 0277 because ernie forgets to turn off the bath which causes a flood i could be wrong though

There was also another Ernie and Bert got their apartment flooded was when the kitchen sink faucet was broken and Ernie told Bert he had carry a glass of water to the outside before their apartment got flooded. And it did. Poor Bert. And I could not understand what he was saying under water. I have that from episode #2648.
