Eric Jacobson: Disney animator?

I have a question about Eric Jacobson. I saw an Eric Jacobson in the Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Day Parade. He was describing the new 3D Mickey Mouse movie. What I want to know is if that's the same Eric Jacobson who has recently taken the role of Frank Oz's characters or am I crazy? I never knew a Muppateer was also an animator for Disney. I'd like to have more info here.

Well, I didn't see that close. I was just coming inside when I saw him. I think I remember he had dark hair.
