Emmy Awards "In Memoriam" segment

There was no mention of Jerry Nelson. I was very sad not to see them include him.

Wouldn't he have been included in last year's Emmys? I don't think he was then, but even if he wasn't, it wouldn't make sense to include him this year.

He died in November of last year, which was after last year's Emmy broadcast

Er no, Jerry died on August 23 2012, which would have been either before last year's Prime-Time Emmy award ceremony, not November of last year as you posted above. Hope this helps.

Well I guess I had my dates wrong. I don't remember seeing it last year either.
