Can anyone confirm or disprove the existence of this please? If it was released, it would have been around 20 years ago, which makes trying to find a copy very tricky

Yes it has, as part of a double feature. The 2nd film is "Musiains of Bremen", released by RCA SelectaVision VideoDiscs.

Wheather it was released alone I don't know
