Hullo, all,

I've a couple of Elmo trivia questions that I hope someone(s) can answer. First, what season/year did Elmo's World premiere? Second, in Wisdom of Big Bird Carroll Spinney states that Elmo was originally Baby Monster in one of the first seasons. Anyone know which one?

Oh, and does anyone know offhand what the results were of Elmo's attempt to Hokey-Pokey his way into the Guinness Book of World Records?

Thanks!!!

Elmos World was first seen in the 30th season of sesame street (1998-1999). the first Elmos World skit was the one about Balls.

I have recently heard that baby Monster first appeared in either the second or third season, but I am not sure which one. oddly enough, i heard that at the BAM! film festival, caroll spinney said that he performed baby monster, but he didn't mention that in his book.

I wonder what the other monster family members looked like, and who performed them.
