A Million Questions!

How about sharing how he was made?

What is your source for your feathers ?
Are you buying single plumes? or Do you buy fringe if so how many yards are on that fella and how do you attach them ? to the fur or to the foam ?
Are you buying them colored or hand dying them if so how do you dry them to keep them fluffy ?
your eyes what are they made of ? are they from something or are you casting your own ?
the body has a nice roundness to it .. is it Boned in some way to keep the shape if so how are you attaching the bones and how many pieces is that shape made of ?

how to you separate his arms to have a forearm a upper arm and wrist control . Are your rods removable if so what method do you use, Maybe you have something really cool that you can
share ? do you wire the fingers ? what do you use for the palm plate ?

you mention TIMBER in one of your post for the mouthpate ? is this real wood ? if so what kind and thickness and how is it hinged? and what do you use inside for your hand support hand straps or some kind of finger tubes or cup?

How do you begin your pattern process for shape ? and then how do you create a fabric pattern for your foam.
