It's some Disney Imagineers magazine that features Jim Henson, and if I was looking correctly, I think I saw that picture of Mickey with his arm around Kermit. If you have the money, bid for it and share with all (as in scan or something)! I would, but I just bid for the Disney News issue with Jim on the cover.
