EB Games Ordering Problems

Has anyone else had a problem receiving series 5 from EB Games.com? I pre-ordered series 5 in August, and I still haven't received them.
I just got off the phone with a representative from them, and they couldn't give me a reason why they hadn't shipped out yet, as (of course) they are in stock. Nor could they tell me when they would be shipping them to me. In fact, they said they had been getting several similar calls all day.
What's up with EB games? This is the first problem I've had with them, but something like this kinda makes me want to order with someone else next time.

I'm in the same boat frogtown! Pre-Ordered Series 5 back in August and have yet to recieve them! I pre-ordered the Janice repaint when I pre-ordered the full normal series and I got her a week ago! But still no Regular Janice, Gonzo, Pepe, and Newsman. I've been dying to rip Repaint Janice open and prop her up with the rest of the Electric Mayhem, but I haven't...YET! But here I sit still waiting! I will say it makes me wonder if I should bother pre-order Series 6 from EBGames!

OK, frogtown, you should call EBGames back! I just got off the phone with a rep, he is sending my set today and he waved my shipping charge!!!!

With all luck, I'll have mine by Friday night! If he was just blowing smoke, I'll let you all know. Until then, I'm all excited! New figures to rip open and display!!!

Well, I called them back, and they're being sent out today (Hmmmm...mysterious how they're available the same day we call about them!)
But, unlike you, I couldn't get them to waive the shipping charge! I still think I'll get my next figures somewhere else. (Heard that, Uncleduke? )

I finaly got my S5 figs from EB the other day and I had a DEFECTIVE GOnzo.

Wow, I ordered my figures on Monday night, and they came here today! (thursday)

I've ordered every series so far from EB Games and have never had a problem with the figures arriving on time or with quality. If you watch their site you can usually get free shipping on them as well.
