DUDE! I got a Dell!

Dell has some friendly customer service people (and quite a few non-outsourced calling centers, there's one a bit down the highway from me!). I've always found both Dell and Gateway to have superb excellent customer service, although techies tend to give them a bad rep.

I have one of those acer notebooks. And while they always get a good recomencation from uses, mine just froze up one day out of no where. I'm currently trying to find a place to get it fixed. I miss my notebook.

I am so sorry to hear about what happened to your notebook i know how you feel about how you love it .

i have a compaq notbook and love it i also have a desk top as a back up but i have to say that i hate the desk top .
the notebook is so much eaiser expeclly typing i will never use a desk top again unless i am at a ponit to where i have no other choice for some reason .

i hope that you get your notebook fixed soon .

This is so incredibly frustrating! I just had to bring it back for a THIRD time! It keeps freezing up on me! I'm about ready to just say forget it and go by a different brand from somewhere else!

Sorry about that. That is carzy. I wonder what is wrong? My brother has a Dell and it has worked just fine sense he purched it. That is just wired and puzzling to me.

I know that is werird but i am sad to say that has happened to a friend of mine several times when she had a dell lap top and so fanally last year she got a crappy desk top

i say that because i hate to say crappy to desk tops but i really have had better luck with my new note book that i am typing on now .

i guess it just depends on luck who knows
