Ok everyone,
I need to determine whether or not I was imagining this. I could swear that 2 or 3 days ago I went on ebay, looked up "Dr. Teeth", and then check the completed auctions. Within the completed auctions was a Dr. Teeth puppet that the seller said came from Mexico, or South America or some such thing. The auction had ended for somewhere in the $270 range.
The thing is, that the puppet looked fantastically authentic, it looked like one of the old Fisher Price puppets from the 70's, he even had sandals on his feet. The seller said nothing of the items authenticity, but did make it sound like it was an imported item, and not something ever released in The States.
I'm worried that I may have been dreaming (I'm being completely serious), but it seemed so real. The auction listing is gone now. Do any of you have any info on this? Is this a rare Muppet item, or was it a hand crafted piece, or bootleg. Did anyone else see this auction?
Thanks for any help!
