On Wednesday, I stayed home from school because I was sick. And, I got to see Dr. Feel for the first time! At first I thought it was going to be a boring skit that just wanted to fit in to society by playing up on one of the new crazes and give a round of applause to Dr. Phil. But it was hilarious!!! I used to watch Dr. Phil everyday after school, and let me tell you if you haven't watched the real Dr. Phil, Sesame Street parodies him better than Mad TV! I love how he tried to guess Bob's emotions but he was always wrong like in the real show where he always spoon fed the guests the answer that he wants. For example:
Dr. Phil: "How does that make you feel?"
Guest: *Sits there silently*
Dr. Phil: "Does it make you feel angry?"
Guest: "Yeah, I feel angry."
And how the audience eats out of the palm of his hand! I loved the over use of audience participation in the Dr. Feel! And, the "freckles on a June Bug!" totally mocks his little Texan phrases! But the pinnacle to all of the jokes and everything was his outbursts when the short was ending of, "Buy my book! Buy my book!" Haha, I was cracking up!!!
