Hey all,

Yesterday I built the body for the "Jason" puppet for my nascent puppet show. He's a departure from the previous ones I've made, as he's one like Bert, where you put your hand in a glove that becomes his hand. I'm sure there's a proper name for that type of puppet, but it escapes me.

Here are some pictures:

He has two arms, even though only one is visible.

What do you think?

Thanks, Dwo! That's really nice of you to say.

Do you know where any photos of the puppet you're referring to is? I've never seen the french Sesame Street.

I like your designs. What do you use for eyes?

Thanks!

The eyes are all ping-pong balls, with the pupils drawn in. I haven't gotten very fancy with the designs of the pupils, yet.

I've also just done the 'Brian' puppet, which is the Project Puppet sock puppet, with some clothes. It worked out pretty well, I think.
