Does this song remind you of THAT song?

What Time is it on Sesame Street? Why, it's Strange Question Time!

When I hear the first line "J-jump, joyful, jumble around..." my mind automatically fills in a second line, not from the J song, but from an old showtune instead. It seems to fit because it rhymes and the tune is similar. Can anyone guess which old song's second line I'm talking about?

Also, is anyone familiar with the lovely song "Downtown Dream" from Buster Poindexter's Spanish Rocketship album? Since the first time I heard it, it's always reminded me of a certain Muppet song (not from Sesame Street). Know which one? I'd love to find out whether someone here has listened to "Downtown Dream" and thought the same thing.

Strange Question Time over. Cookie Time!
