I thought it would be appropriate to show some due respect to the only human character on our favorite show, Doc, who is played by Jerry Parks. He is such a great character, however a bit disillusioned due to the fact he doesn't see one fraggle until the second to the last episode. I gotta say, if he didn't decide to turn the old, deserted room into a workshop, the Magic would have never even started. Matt wouldn't be exploring the final frontier of Fraggledom, and we would have never found out about our favorite characters that exist behind that hole. I thought this would be a good place for people to put down their favorite Doc moments in which he was faced with a dilemma. So go ahead. What are you waiting for? :smirk:

Well, I've only read the screenplay for it, but the episode where he finds out that Sprocket is a closet horse (All Work and All Play) sounds funny...

My favorite Doc moment was in "Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk". The one where he tries to come up with a name for the party whatchamacollit horn. He ends up inventing a big organ type thing full of them, if I'm not mistaken. He really cracked me up in this episode when he blew the horn at Sprocket and started dancing around singing, "Hoo, hoo, hoo"! You can't beat Doc.

I love the episode "The Preachification of Convincing John" when Doc reads Sproket some of his diary where he is reminded of his idea to sew a button on a fried egg. He then spends the rest of the episode trying to figure out how to do this. I also really like Doc on Muppet Family Christmas. His reaction to the Muppets is just hillarious. He does a great job interacting with them too.

I love Doc in "Muppet Family Christmas. He's surrounded by all those "weirdos," but he just heads off to build more bunkbeds in the broom closet. ("Bunkbeds! "B" word! aaaah!) :excited:

I love him in "MFC" as well. He just stays calm while all the insanity is going on around him.

I was watching "Short Circuit 2" the other night and was surprised to see him playing the priest! I don't think I realized it when the movie was in the theatres. :excited:
