Disneyland Audition (Bear in the Big Blue House)

I am planning on attending the open audition Disney is holding for puppeteers for Playhouse Disney - Live Onstage. Any information or experience anyone has with Disney's audition process, what they look for, etc. would be much appreciated.

I was inspired by JeremyActor's experience shadowing the puppeteers at the WDW version of this show. So I will be contributing back to the group here by posting a good, detailed account of my audition, so that any others out there who might be considering auditioning for a Disney show can get the "hot poop"
as we say.
