Dick Van Dyke and the Vantastix have put out a new CD entitled "Put On A Happy Face." All a cappella (not barbershop quartet. There is a difference, per NewsRadio) versions of some really great songs.

"Why should I care?" you may ask. "I don't even like a cappella music!" you may say. "What's a Dick Van Dyke?" others might ponder. And most importantly, "Why is this thread in the Muppet Merchandise forum?" Well, for a very good reason...

The CD "Put On A Happy Face" (which was actually released last year) has all new version of "Bein' Green," Kermit's signature Sesame Street song, recorded on it. It's pretty decent, actually.

The CD is available through Amazon.com, though according to the site, there's only one left in stock (with more "on the way"). It's also available as an mp3 download (99 cents a song!).

So, if you're a fan of the Muppets, which you likely are if you're here, and like Dick Van Dyke, which you should because he is awesome, then this is the CD for yooooooooou!
