Dark Crystal press book - selling (value?)

I have had the brown-covered Dark Crystal press book with the holographic image for years. Unfortunately, the rest of the movie press kit went astray during a move...never to be seen again.

I have another move coming up and will be forced to part with some items, the press book among them. I have seen no comparables recently to help me price this, so hope to impose upon the experts here to give me a ballpark starting point.
