I was browsing the ToonZone.Net forums and noticed you were over there. Anyway I wanted to ask you this privately, but private messaging is disabled and you aren't allowing people to email you through the board.

I was wondering, is there any reason that the admins at the ToonZone forums aren't allowing new people to register there? Because I tried registering and it wasn't allowed.
