Custom Muppet NEED reccomendations pleaseee

Hi Everyone,

I figured this would be the spot to ask this question. I am looking to get a custom Muppet done for my boyfriend for a gift. Does anyone have a reccomendation of who I can go to? I don't have a crazy budget to work with I would say under $200. It doesn't have to do anything special, just look like him.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
