Creating the Female Body

The problem is I'm building a puppet for a friend of mine but the trouble is, I don't know what to do in terms of creating a female body for the puppet! Somebody please help!

As I mentioned in another thread, I tried cutting a styrofoam ball in half for the bust, however, that didn't work too well, because the stiffness of the styrofoam halves pulled the softness of the foam rubber torso out of shape, and it didn't look good; so instead, after fabricating the torso, I took a couple of clumps of cotton stuffing and attached those. If you decide to do that, you'll have to make them bigger than you intended to, because the wardrobe tends to flatten them out.
