Enjoy this script. I think that this script would make a good Sesame Street video.

(A title card appears. The title "Cookie Monster's Food Hotline" appears between two slices of bread, and Cookie Monster is heard, in voice-over, saying "Cookie Monster's Food Hotline". The scene then fades to black, and we then see Cookie Monster sitting in a radio station recording studio)

Cookie Monster: Hello, there. Cookie Monster here, welcoming you to Cookie Monsters food hotline, where people can call me to learn about all types of foods. First, me would like to present song about my breakfast experience at the home of me very good friend Ernie.

(scene shifts to Breakfast Time)

Cookie Monster: Yeah, cookie juice is one of me favorite juices of all time. Moving right along, it time to pay some bills! So, here are soem words from our sponsor, Charlie's resturaunt.

(scene fades to clip of the Grover the Waiter skit where Fat Blue wants bacon and eggs)

Cookie Monster: And now, me gonna take some calls! (pushes button) Okay, caller numer one, you on!
Benny: Yes, can you show us something about carrots?
Cookie Monster: Wouldn't you rather learn about, um, you know, cookies?
Benny: (angry) No!! I want carrots!
Cookie Monster: Okay, okay, here are some carrots.

(Screen scrolls to clip of the cartoon about carrot do's and don'ts)

Cookie Monster: Okay, next callers are on!
Davy Monkey: hey, Cookie Monster!
Joey Monkey: You just showed us what to do and what not to do with a carrot.
Davy Monkey: But can you show us what to do...
Joey Monkey: ..And what not to do with a..
Davy and Joey: Banana!
Cookie Monster: Okay, so ladies and gentlemen, here Ernie and bert with what to do with a banana.

(scene flips to clip of part one of the sketch where Ernie puts a banana in his ear, then at end of clip, scene briefly slides back to Cookie Monster in studio)
Davy: Wait a minute...
Cookie Monster: What?
Joey: We thought you could put banans in ear.
Cookie Monster: No, you just eat them.
Joey: Oh.
Davey: That's even betetr.
Cookie Monster: yes, it is, but clip not over yet.
Davey and Joey: oh!

(scene flips to part two of that sketch)

Cookie Monster: And now our next caller is on the air!
Elmo: Hello, Cookie Monster.
Cookie Monster: Oh, hi, Elmo!
Elmo: Elmo wants to hear a song about ice cream!
Cookie Monster: oh, who doesn't? Everyone likes ice cream!

(a checker transition leads to the next clip, Everyone Likes Ice Cream, which then leads to the skit where Lefty sells Ernie an invisible ice cream cone (this scene transition is a sliding effect)

Cookie Monster: Okay, it's lunchtime, so our next clip is about lunch!

(screen splits in two before next clip, Some Enchanted Lunchtime, followed by the skit where Ernie and Bert share pizza and grape juice)

Cookie Monster: And now, some more words from our sponsor!

(an iris-in transition leads to the next clip, the Grover the waiter skit where Fat Blue wants a hamburger)

Cookie Monster: And now me taking next call.
Ingrid: Hello, Cookie Monster. I need some advice.
Cookie Monster: Okay, tell.
Ingrid: My baby, Natasha, won't eat her food.
Natasha: Yech!
Ingrid: What should I do?
Cookie Monster: Well, get her to pay attention to what i am about to say. Tell her that she doens't know if she'll like it unless she tries it.
Ingrid: Oh.
Cookie Monster: Me didn't know that me'd like cookies untill me first had cookie.

(scene slides to clip of the song about Cookie Monsters first cookie)

Cookie Monster: Yum, yum. The things me'd do for cookie.

(cut to the following segments: Cookie Monster tricking Ernie into putting a cookie into a fortune telling machine, Cookie Monster settling an argument between a boy and a girl over which one will get to eat a cookie, and Cookie Monster at a carnival)

Cookie Monster: Now me ready for next caller!
Betty Lou: Hello, Cookie Monster. I have been wondering, do you ever eat anything besides cookies?
Cookie Monster: Why of course me do. Me learned from me good friend Hoots the Owl that cookies are sometimes food.

(scene scrolls to the song "Cookies are a Sometimes Food")

Cookie Monster: yes, me eat, you eat, everybody eats! (starts eating his microphone)

(scene fades to Everybody Eats, followed by The Eating Game)

The Count: Hello, Cookie Monster.
Cookie Monster: Oh, hello, Count!
The Count: Yes, I would like to let the listeners know that food is just as fun to count as it is to eat.
Cookie Monster; Really?
The Count: Yes, don't you remember that time I counted some apples?
Cookie Monster: Oh, yeah. Me was too busy eating them.

(cut to clip of skit where The Count coutns apples while Cookie Monster eats them)

Cookie Monster: You know, eating numbers is fun, too, but eating letters is also fun.

(cut to the Letter of the Day segment for E)

Cookie Monster: And now, it dinner time. Let's all have dinner... dinner for nine!

(screen flisp to Dinner for Nine)

Cookie Monster: Well, that concludes Cookie Monster's Food Hotline, which has been brought to you by Charlie's resturaunt. Me see you next time. Comming up next is Elmo's World. Stay tuned!

(the screen turns to the Elmo's World segment about food)

Wow, what a great idea! There were none of these actually made for Sesame Street, were there? Me thinks it may have been a bit short, and I could probably name a few other skits that could have gone in, but I'm sure you had some sort of struggle with that yourself. Good work!

What do you mean by "There were none of these actually made for Sesame Street"? All of the clips I mentioend without giving any major detail were from the show. And no, I didn't really struggle to come up with segments. I have actually had this idea since 2004, and have thought out the segments and how it should go, but I just didn't get around to posting a script in the fan fiction section untill now. There is one thread about ideas for Sesame Street DVDs where I mentioned this idea, and listed most of the skits. I think I probably should have listed at least one or two more Cookie Monster skits (perhaps involving foods besides cookies), and maybe another Grover the Waiter sketch. I also considered waiting untill the next season before writing this so I could include a specific Dinner Theater sketch (maybe at the end, Cookie Monster could have said, "It's time for dinner now, so me show is over. Up next, Dinner Theater, followed by a special episode of Elmo's World, all about eating!"), but chose to just write this now.

Really great fanfic about Cookie Monster. And I can just picture those old skits appearing on there too. It's like one of those SS videos I enjoy a lot.

There have been many Sesame Street videos featuring new footage and segments from the show, if that's what you meant. The majority of Sesame Street videos featured segments from the show, just tlike the Muppet Show compilations.
