There's an auction on ebay for a Cookie Monster replica. Looks like the knock-off builder stricks again. Here's the link:

I'm not much for these unofficial auctions, but I must say that I'm very impressed. I feel tempted to bid on it, but the copyright laws haunt me so much. What do you guys think?

I dont think you should worry about copyright laws . Just don't make any money by using it. It's " A TOY " you bought for your kids .

If you play with the puppet at home, you as the buyer are clear. It's the person selling "CC MONSTER" that should worry about Sesame's lawyers.
