Has anybody ever heard of Jim Henson's complete "Storyteller" series ever being released on VHS? From what I've been able to find online on such things like Amazon.com - The Henson company has about 4 of the original series on VHS as well as all 4 of the Greek series, but I recently found a listing for the complete "Storyteller" series on Ebay on VHS. Now, according to what I've been told (already bid and won the auction) the guy says that these are NTSC format VHSs, in brand new condition. I started to suspect that these things might be bootlegs or something along those lines when I recently noticed the guy selling another set of the videos on Ebay (the next day) as well as his ignoring the question I asked as to when the videos were made/released in my recent email. I've included a link to a webpage with the image of the videos that was on the auction page. From what I can tell, the covers SEEM to be real/legit, but as I've said, I still have not been able to find any sort of proof that Henson ever released the complete series on VHS. Anybody have any comments on if I just got ripped off or if this guy is legit?

Oh, you might get a few pop-ups with 0catch - blasted things are built into their "Free" pages and are very annoying. I apologize in advance.

Oh, additional addendum - probably will only have the page up a few days, need the disk space for a project I'm working on unfortunately.

That's odd, according to what I was told, the guy says, and I quote:

"NTSC playable on American and Canadian VCR's. Excellent picture and sound quality. Brand New condition"

*shrugs* maybe they got converted.
