Can Ken or anybody else answer this:

I signed up for the collectors' club via standard mail. I tried to see about logging in and I think I accidentally registered a second time- it's asking me to pay the $30 fee again! What should I do? Can I fix this? Maybe I should just wait until August when my subscription is up to activate it?

Thanks for your help.

I believe you should just go through with it without paying again and you'll be okay. Well, that' show it was for those of us who joined before the new website. To be safe, you shoudl contact tony at tequi@palisadestoys.com and ask him what the best way to go about is.

Still nothing

I've been trying for the past week, but have heard nothing.
I tried the club@ and the address for Tony, and haven't heard anything about my membership or inability to log in.

Most (if not all) of the Palisades crew are in New York at Toy Fair. They should be returning by the end of the week. Hang in there.
