I'm seeing people on Facebook wigging out over SW going on another wave of fan-upload take-downs . . . can anybody confirm this?

The only thing that recently happened to me was my (attempted) upload of “Elbows and Knees” getting blocked. Which isn’t anything new cause it got blocked in the past previously.

I assume this is what you’re referring to (posted by a certain user on here and YouTube who overreacts WAY too easily whenever a clip is deleted or blocked or a user is suspended/closes their account):

That and the ensuing comments.

But I mean, this isn't uncommon on YouTube, and not just with SS, there's a number of companies out there that will go on occasional blitzes of nuking fan-uploaded content of their properties and franchises.

I mean, I’ve never had a full on copyright strike from Sesame Workshop with inserts, minus some here and there getting blocked. 🤷🏿‍♂️ My account was at risk of getting terminated last year when they took down my split uploads of the Behind the street scenes documentary...... 10 years later (seriously, get your **** together, SW. If it takes you that effing long to notice.....)

But didn’t you upload 2 more parts last year? Maybe that’s what got their attention.

I was thinking that actually...... but if that were the case, that’s kinda stupid that they’d just turn a blind eye to three parts uploaded.

How you can tell a SS clip is from the 90s:

- Elmo has a smaller head and bigger eyes: check
- Telly has a crooked nose: check
- Baby Bear is dark brown and has no neck: check
- Herry has a bigger, triangular-shaped head: check
- Kevin's other non-Elmo characters are featured: check
