For years Jim Henson's pilot for a Cinderella series had been missing from The Jim Henson Company Archives, but last year a copy was found, thanks to the sons of Robert Lawrence, whose studio had been used for Hey Cinderella and other Muppet specials.

It also says that a copy has been donated to The Paley Center for Media and a special screening is planned to debut it there. I wonder if this pilot would be owned by Henson or Disney... I know Kermit's in it (but don't know what extent he's in), and Henson didn't post any clips on their YouTube channel, but then again, there was no mention of a copy being sent to The Walt Disney Company (then again, somebody at Tough Pigs recently reported that The Jim Henson Company still has all pre-2004 master tapes for Muppet productions Disney did not originally distribute, while somebody else heard that The Jim Henson Company no longer has any physical Muppet items). Images from the documents regarding the 2004 deal were posted online this year and the Cinderella pilot wasn't mentioned (but it also didn't mention any unbroadcast/unreleased pilots). It would be interesting to know how Henson would handle any situation where they find some lost Muppet productions.
