Chicken Dance Elmo on Pardon the Interruption

Pardon the Interruption is a sports debate show on ESPN. While I was channel surfing I noticed a Chicken Dance Elmo in the background of the set. I have no clue why, maybe because they do the chicken dance at baseball games?
