I know it featured a girl with a dog counting five fleas but...

(1) What happens in this cartoon?

(2) Where did it take place at?

(4) Who did the voice of the girl?

Three questions, please. I've heard that it was from 1995.

 

[Soul H]

1. A girl tries to write a poem about her dog having fleas but each time she finishes her poem, another flea arrives. After doing the poem 5 times(since there were 5 fleas)the dog scratched away 3 of the fleas leaving 2 behind. The girl gave up on the poem and decided to take her dog for a walk(more likely the dog take her for a walk).

2. In her living room.

3. A cornucopia of craziness.

4. I don't know who does her voice.
