Can you help identify Sigma collectible?

Thank you for any help you can give me. I purchased a ceramic Sigma Muppet piece and have not been able to figure out just what it is. I'm a novice when it comes to Sigma collectibles.
It looks identical to the Kermit Playing Banjo candle holder on this site with these exceptions.....the base is snow white instead of pink and it does not open.
