Bushfires are here now

They're in my own city at the moment.

The entire city isn't burning up. I'm not in any immediate danger. But one suburb on the other side of me is ablaze and the air is smoky. It is under control I believe, but I hope things settle down as soon as possible.

But then again, while this hemisphere is cooling down, you guys are warming up by now.

Sorry to hear about that Marty, especially since they're in your own town at the moment, I hope you stay safe, and you're very familiar with fire safety and know what to do in case of an emergency.
