Boppity and Gloat

Something I've always wondered.

According to Muppet Wiki, Boppity and Gloat are officially known as "Blue Frackle" and "Green Frackle". Is there any specific reason that they didn't keep their names from the Great Santa Clause Switch? Thog got to keep his name from TGSCW and Sweetums kept his name from The Frog Prince, and most of the monsters (Luncheon Counter Monster, Beautiful Day, etc.) are referred to their names they got from specific sketches, so why is it that they lost their names?

Because the Frackles became more utility characters to take on various roles when needed, unlike Thog and Sweetums who had more defined roles/personalities.

That's a good point, but at the same time many of the Monsters were used as utility puppets and still have official names that they are referred to.
