Bill Barretta's birthday?

Does anyone know when Bill Barretta's birthday is? I want to look out for a menu with his picture and his characters when his day comes.

Bill's birth date is one of the few that isn't really mentioned anywhere publicly, so as far as i know, there is no MC menu for him. I remember when Jamie was designing them there were a few that nobody knew dates for.
