Well, it's British political humour, so I'll let you draw your own conclusions!

Much of it concerns a race of little people known as the Tebbits, who live in a place called Middle England, and the one they called Thatchiir the Terrible...

Airs March 3rd...does anyone know who the puppeteers were?

I believe that it will air March 3rd, according to a recent Google search. Does anyone know who the puppeteers (and Muppets, of course) are for the appearance?
