It's a Big Big World

I just watched 'It's a Big Big World'.Very educational and entertaining.I hope this show is on for a long time, many topics can be covered and this show makes ecology fun.I was just going to make a thread on this, lol. Here's another link, about the show.Interesting to see, that this show was created by the same makers of 'Bear in the Big Blue House'.

Soo.....How do you think the fur on the Sloth was done? A laying technique, triming the fur a lot, or a combination?....And I mean like on his back and arms

well im not sure since i havnet seen the finished sloth, but normally big walkarounds are done with patches of fur on a net fabric to help them move alot, it looks to me like he was done in a long Hair from Hair tech, and not a typicla fur fabric, never seen fur with a pile as long as that, it could have even been done with Wigs, or yak hair,

if it is Hair tech , then they can make a custom roll of Fur , using different colors and lenghts , then with additional trimming by hand u can create the effects u saw on the finished puppet, lots of very involved work , takes a long time to do, and alot of people to work on it
