bert and ernie on CNN headline news

I was watching CNN Headline News today and they were reviewing new DVD's and they reviewed that new Bert and Ernie DVD. They also showed a new interview with Bert and Ernie. Ernie was saying they called it "Word Play" because they needed words or it would sound like this. Then both of then started moving their mouths but no words were coming out. THat was it. I couldn't tell who was doing Bert but from what I could hear when they were talking about the DvD and showing scene and talking over it, it sounded more like Frank than Eric
