it's definatly from around the time of MTM but it's not from that movie I'm sure unless there are deleted scenes or something.

It could possibily be from some sort of special.

Nope, not Manhatten time I don't think. There isn't enough hair. And her face is flater.

I think it is probably from a amgazine and is her photocopy.
