Avatars: NEED HELP

Does anyone know how to get a picture off the "Print Master Gold" and save it to where you can then make it into an avatar, I need help. I have cropped the picture and all but can't seem to save it to where I can just get it moved to Muppet Central and get it as my new avatar.
