Arm Rods: New Idea!

Hey, everybody!

I just came up with a new idea to make arm rods... ofcourse, they aren't AMAZING, but they work and hold up if you're carful with them.

First, I found heavy-gage wire (stronger than hangers), and then I shaped it and made a handle to go around it with foam. My only problem was that the wire was a goldish color, and the foam was white. I saw that my dad had some black electric-tape lying around, so I wrapped this around the wire and foam. It works out quite nicely! I don't have any pictures, sadly, because my mom won't let me use her new camera (haha!)

sounds like a great plan...
if the foam will hold up, you could also use the rubber dip stuff* and some spraypaint for the rods...
*respirator required

Great MacGyver technique applied in your Idea... you know, "using what is available"... i'm a big fan of using that technique
